I had mine installed by the Geek squad, and haven't had a problem, but I asked an installer and was told that your install maybe installed improperly, maybe to a constant power source like your cigarette lighter,,have a professional look at it, IF you had Bestbuy GS install it, Notify them and they'll make things right.
