“I reset the radio to factory reset and now I can't get any sound from it. Have already had Sirrus XM send a refresh signal. pretty sure I am getting a signal just won't come over my radio.”

Your radio was reset to factory settings, not the SiriusXM unit. I would look into first your selected feature in the menu section. Such as "TUNER", "CD", or "AUX." From there select the necessary feature. If this doesn't work I would check MENU, SETTINGS, HD RADIO OR XM. See if any were altered by the reset.
