Sorry you are experiencing trouble with your Commander Touch. If pressing the PWR button or Turing the car off and back on, then pressing the PWR button does not work, you can try unplugging the power harness connection from the Commander Touch hide-away tuner module for a few seconds and then plugging it back in to see if it correctly responds to the PWR button again. if you continue to have difficultly please contact us via email at [email protected] and we can help to investigate further.
