No, the Bluetooth feature of this unit acts as a receiver and in order to use a set of headphones you are required to use a Bluetooth transmitter.~ Jeannette

I think it will pair up bi-directionally just like your cell does with your newer cars bluetooth. That's assuming that either your earphones are for gaming (bi-directional) or you are using your iPhone as the bluetooth receiver for your headphones.
