“trying to connect radio to my stock amplifier, purchased a wiring harness adapter to fit my 01 lexus but no sound, any help on wiring would be appreciated”

• Take it to an Actual Audio Shop, I have an 02 and Best Buy doesn't know what they're doing. Also the stock Amp has to be bypassed in order for it to work.
