I'm sorry this happened to you. I bought mine directly from the store. Take that back and have them replaced it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same negative experience with shipping but not related to Sony because my car radio was shipped by BestBuy. The car radio box was just thrown into a giant cardboard box and was bouncing around and eventually the car radio box had a big dent. On top of that, if the package is shipped with Postal Services you can only hope that your shipment arrives safe. Postal Services usually throws (literally) my packages just like they were a ball. I hope more people complain about the shipping in order to see a change for the better: better packaging quality control and NOT shipping higher priced and fragile items with Postal Services.
