A:AnswerHi smcd4jc, no, this Bluray player is not capable of playing native-4K discs. Upscaling works by enhancing the content to near-4K quality resolution. If you need something that can play 4K discs, we recommend the UBP-X800 Bluray player. Thanks, -Mark
A:AnswerMake sure you turn on the Bluetooth and select the, "allow devices to locate you" on the devices you want to connect to. I'm sure it is just a settings issue, we had that problem with my sons ipad, but I located it quickly with my cell.

A:AnswerHello NH786, thank you for your message. Playback does not start from the resume point where you last stopped playing. The resume point may be cleared from memory depending on the disc when you open the disc tray / disconnect the USB device / play other content / you turn off the player. Oscar

A:AnswerHi Amyh,
This specific player doesn't have speaker ports however, this can be connected to a receiver where you can still use your surround speakers.
Thanks,

A:AnswerThis is for standard Blu-Ray approved videos. I can't speak for overseas, which may also require 220 volt compatibility. In the old days NTSC was the standard for video while PAL and SECAM or other formats were compatible in other counties. I assume that is what you mean by regions since Blu-Ray is standard coast to coast.
