As I recall the lens itself is pretty wide so it should be comfortable enough for a small framed pair of glasses; however, if you have larger frames I would be concerned. I would recommend maybe waiting for a VR display at one of the local big box stores to come around so you can actually place the VR screen on your face to be certain.
