A:AnswerHi Scotty, Good question! Yes, it will work as long as the speakers connected fall within the impedance range of 6-16 ohms. When you connect all the speakers with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms or higher, set “SP IMP.” to “8 OHM”. In other connections, set it to “6 OHM”.
Whether you choose to enjoy the warm sound of vinyl via the phono input, or stream music from your digital music collection, you’ve found a perfect match. Don’t forget the receiver’s A=B function lets you connect two pairs of speakers. You can easily switch between A or B or use them all together at the same time. When you factor in the low-profile design, we’re sure you’ve found the flexibility and performance you’ve been looking for! Regards, Sam

A:AnswerHi Grasshopper, We're sorry to hear about the sound issue you're having. If the connected speakers sounds terrible, please make sure to do the following:
Check that the speakers and device are
connected securely.
Make sure that the connecting cables are
not near a transformer or motor.
Move your audio device away from the
TV.
If the plugs and jacks are dirty, wipe them
with a cloth slightly moistened with
alcohol.
Also, please make sure that the speakers are within the impedance rating of 6-16 ohms.

A:AnswerYes You can select to play through the speakers connected to port A, port B, or both at the same time. I currently have this set-up to speakers in the room as well as connected to my whole house wiring system with speakers in 10-12 different locations and it will play through them all.
A:AnswerI did exactly this and it works perfectly. I has a 30-year-old stereo that had been hooked to my full house speaker system and it finally gave out. This unit now sends music to every speaker in the house again. Sorry, no recommendations on a CD player.

A:AnswerHi Ford, Thank you for your inquiry! This receiver doesn't come with speaker wires. If you're going to purchase speaker wires for this receiver, please take note of the following:
Speaker wires that are anywhere between 12 to 16 gauge are most commonly used for connecting speakers to an amplifier or an Audio/Video (A/V) receiver
Strip the jacket to 10 mm (13/32 in) at each end of the speaker cables, and then tightly twist the speaker wire strands and insert the stripped ends of the cables into the terminals.
