A:Answer5G is a different Wi-Fi protocol so the short answer is no. The longer answer is that it would require a hardware upgrade to support 5G and probably some firmware updates as well.
A:AnswerThis is not normal. Ours works great without any glitches. Have you checked your HDMI and made sure connections are tight? If cable and connections are good, you should return it, I would have it looked at if warranty is still in effect
