• A:Answer If you have a smart tv/bluetooth there should be no problem. You just scan and pair as any other device. I am saying this as I havent had a prob with it. So I would think that answer is right!!!

• A:Answer I would definitely take them back and have them checked out. Or just return them if you believe they are defective. The only sound that comes from my left ear cuff is the voice saying the product has been turned on/off.

Q: QuestionMy ears fit inside of the apple airpod max, ( I have big ears). Will big ears fit inside of these or be pressed down? My ears get super hot after awhile and start to hurt with other headphones. so if these accommodate big ears I’m in!

• A:Answer My guy has big ears and can never keep buds in comfortable and be mobile. He loves these and has no complaints. We've only each had a pair for 2 mnths but we use them multiple times dailey and at night reviewing music mixes we've made. Point being, he has even mowed the front and back very large yard with them on, no complaints. Hope that somewhat helps! Good luck!
