“can you turn off sound completely? I turned the volume down but I can still here it. I don't want any sound. I don't use the other features like red light warnings.”

Hi there! While certain notifications cannot be disabled as they are security features, you can disable the majority of voice guidance and alerts by turning the "Volume/Voice Guidance" setting to "0/off". This setting can be found under "Dash Cam Settings" -> "System settings". We hope this helps! Yes. The feature to turn off sound is performed through the mobile app when connected via wi-fi.
