While certain notifications cannot be disabled as they are security features, you can disable the majority of voice guidance and alerts by turning the "Volume/Voice Guidance" setting to "0/off". This setting can be found under "Dash Cam Settings" -> "System settings". We hope this helps! Yes. The feature to turn off sound is performed through the mobile app when connected via wi-fi.
