Hi Tim, We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with the F750 and our customer support department. We will certainly look into this inquiry and report back to our customer support team to ensure that this does not happen again. In regards to the GPS data not loading on the PC Viewer, the duration of the downloading process is dependent on the number of recordings you have on the microSD card. As such, there can be extended delays when it comes to loading the GPS information.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experience.

      Kind regards,

      Thinkware Customer Support Thinkware_CA

      Hi there,

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Hopefully, this response will provide a better understanding of our features better in addition to addressing your concerns.
The 1 minute interval feature was implemented as security feature in the circumstance that if a file ever does become corrupted, less footage is affected. It was also placed to help users find a footage of a specific time more conveniently, as they do not need to sift through recordings that are several minutes for a specific moment.
You can adjust the memory card partition settings either through the app or PC Viewer under "Memory Card Settings". Continuous recording will automatically overwrite the oldest footage to allow the dash cam to continually record even when the microSD card is full. With that said, you have the option to prevent recording folders from being overwritten in the "Memory Card Settings" as well.
To lower the frequency of the sound alerts, we suggest you to lower the sensitivity of the lane departure warning system feature (LDWS) and the continuous sensitivity setting. You can adjust these features in the “Road Safety Settings” and “Record settings”
Unfortunately, the GPS data can only be reviewed with the PC Viewer software. If you have not already, please download the PC Viewer from our website at http://www.thinkware.com/Support/Download.
If you have other questions regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone (1-844-865-9273) or email (support@thinkware.com).

      Hi Kooper,

Thank you for considering Thinkware. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the F750.

The F750 dash cam will ask to verify your Wi-Fi settings after exiting the app as a security measure to prevent others from accessing your Wi-Fi and your dash cam footage. As a result, the user may have to manually select the Wi-Fi network on the smartphone again after the Wi-Fi has been turned off on the dash cam.

Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Warning could vary for different types of cars. You can adjust the sensitivity levels of these features to your preference. The Red Light and Speed Camera Alerts are to notify the user of roadside mounted cameras only. May we ask where you are located so we can check the database for the location of enforcement cameras?

Live mode view was not designed for sustained usage to view the dash cam footage. Streaming full HD videos require large amounts of processing power, which affects the video quality of the footage when reviewing the dash cam in live view. However, the actual video quality of the recorded footage will not be affected.

A physical quick start user manual is included with every dash cam and we sincerely apologize if that was not the case for you.
If you have further issues with the unit, please let us know at support@thinkware.com or contact our support phone line at 1(844)865-9273.

      Hi there,

We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and confusion this matter has caused. The 2-channel description refers to the fact that the F750 has the option to be installed with a rear-view camera accessory.

For confirmed details on what is included with our products in North America, please only refer to this official video (http://bit.ly/1L0qsAC) on our Youtube channel. If you have any other concerns, please contact us directly by phone (1-844-865-9273) or email (support@thinkware.com).

      Hi Tylor,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We hope we can clarify the issues you've mentioned to improve your experience with the F750.

1.) The one minute interval is intended to be a security feature so if a file ever were to be corrupted, less footage will be effected.
2.) Much of the user' concerns with the iOS version of the app was addressed in our last update. However, we would appreciate any feedback you may have for future updates.
3.) Parking Surveillance Mode requires hardwiring installation with the Thinkware Hardwiring Cable. Powering the dash cam with the 12V power charger to a continuously power source will not enable Parking Surveillance Mode because the dash cam uses the ACC connection to switch into the mode.
4.) The X500 can support a larger memory capacity if you find that 16 GB does not meet your needs. Please note that we highly recommend Thinkware memory cards for its guaranteed compatibility with our products.

      We hope this helps!
