QuestionBefore I purchase I need to make sure I can install map or France. When I went to the suggest link it did not access that information. Is there a number to call to assist with this matter?

- Answer Hi there Terry, I'm not sure what you mean by 'server upgrade' or 'driver upgrade', but the VIA 1510YM comes with Lifetime maps updates and a one year manufacturer's warranty. I hope that helps, - Cameron at TomTom

- Answer Hi there! This device is not compatible with the Live Traffic service that is found on some of our other devices. It is not possible to link your phone to the device in order to use Live Services, unfortunately. You can, however, use the RDS-TMC receiver that is included in the box, for localized Traffic updates that are received by radio waves. Hope that helps! - Cameron at TomTom

- Answer Hi there Hbh Unfortunately this device will not be suitable for using on a motorbike. For this, I recommend looking into the Rider series - these devices are built to withstand the elements come rain or shine! Cheers, - Cameron at TomTom

Questionlike to buy one but i don't see any holders for a motorcycle ? don't anyone ride a scooter any more........lol.

QuestionI have a older Tom Tom Smart - works great - recently tried to update info - tech support told me my driver and server were too old to update - I had no idea that this would ever be an issue - whats up with that?

- Answer Hi there, Thanks for posting this but im not sure which device you mean by smart? There is a built in navigation called a smart? A lot of our older devices are running old technology and due to the rapid advancements can no longer be updated so it may be this you are referring too. You will notice alot of companies now make old tech 'end of life'. I hope this helps, Reiss @ TomTom
