Hi there, Thanks for posting this but im not sure which device you mean by smart? There is a built in navigation called a smart? A lot of our older devices are running old technology and due to the rapid advancements can no longer be updated so it may be this you are referring too. You will notice alot of companies now make old tech 'end of life'. I hope this helps, Reiss @ TomTom
