“I have a problem with my Garmin 5 GPS overheating, even on a mild heat and it wont turn back on until late at night when i'm off work and driving home. Does this unit have issues overheating?”

• I have not witness this issue but will say that I have mine in window. The sun may hit it but for most part it's in a cool place.

If the device does reach a certain high temperature, it will temporarily pause the charging feature, but will still function normally.
