Q: QuestionDo you move the live cable connected/outlet and install above the fireplace about 8 ft. into the room? Approximate cost?

As for the cable outlet, that may be something we can do, but we’d want to check it out before getting it scheduled to make sure. Q: QuestionI am interested in upgrading a television in my TV room (65 inch) and have it mounted on another wall. The 50 inch tv already there (that is mounted), i would like remounted in another room. The original 50 is also a samsung from bestbuy. How much?

• A:Answer The Samsung MU8000 would be a great choice as it’s not at the low end of model lineup. It’s also not at the top either. It has great picture. Right now it’s on sale for $1099. When I got it 1 month ago it was $1299. Streaming 4K is breathtaking. Blu Ray movies look amazing with a 4K Blu Ray player.

• A:Answer I have mounted 2-3 TV above a fireplace and what tends to happen over time is the back will melt or warp from the heat and the tuner (digital components) gets damaged. I do not even use the fireplace anymore.

Q: QuestionTrying to mount our 43 inch TV to the wall watch is dry wall but has concert behind it!! Is there anything you guys can do to solve this problem I am having? I used a stud finder and the stud finder found the wall stud but it turned it wasn't. Thanks

• A:Answer Hopefully your carpentry skills are better than your spelling haha. Measure from the nearest corner and note that there is a stud every 16". This will help you find the studs. If they are not studs are are infact lathe strips (which is common if your drywall/plaster is on block/concrete), then I would use Tapcons (blue masonry screws found at any hardware store) to mount it. You'll need a hammer drill and basic tools.

Q: QuestionHow does this lock in place? We just had this installed and the techs didn’t leave us any instructions and I don’t see any type of user guide. It’s installed outside and it’s windy and right now the tv is too adjustable.
