“How does this lock in place? We just had this installed and the techs didn’t leave us any instructions and I don’t see any type of user guide. It’s installed outside and it’s windy and right now the tv is too adjustable.”

Push / pull away from wall. Rotate left / right while away from wall. Tilt down by hand also. Invest in a good all weather cover.
