“I have a 2019 Ram. Has a remote start, but not the type you can pay for Uconnect to start from your phone. Only available on the key fob. Would I be able to use that start from phone feature if I purchase and install this?”

I had this installed along with the Viper DS4+SmartStart system on my 2003 GMC and my Wife's 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Both vehicles can be started or locked or unlocked plus vehicle status via the Viper SmarStart app.

You have to install the SmartStart module it runs for about 200 dollars and you have to pay a yearly fee also
