A:AnswerHi - The VTech CM18445 does not have a feature that can transfer a call to a different line. You need to subscribe to the service from your telephone service provider for it to work. The transfer capability of the phone system will only enable you to transfer calls to a system extension using the same line.

A:AnswerYes, the phone will automatically roll over to the next available line. So, if line one is busy it will ring to line two. This model can handle up to 4 lines.
