“When I transfer a call on my CM18445 to a CM18245 it still says its on line 1. How do I change it so that when the transfer is made that the main line #1 will still be open for calls.”

• Hi - The VTech CM18445 does not have a feature that can transfer a call to a different line. You need to subscribe to the service from your telephone service provider for it to work. The transfer capability of the phone system will only enable you to transfer calls to a system extension using the same line. Thank you, -VTech Support
