Manual illustrations show the drive upright, and states ventilation slots cannot be blocked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be sure better contact the manufacturer! It has venting holes to cool itself on the top and bottom of the unit. Not sure closing it up in a drawer is a good idea though...it needs to "breath" if you will. It is not that big so maybe you can keep it out of the drawer?
