A:Answernot sure exactly the time difference but from my experience western digital items work longer than most seagate hard drives. that being said mine runs all the time my pc runs as a external connected hard drive. its been running like that for almost a yr with no issues if that helps.

A:AnswerI haven't had this issue myself but from what I can see from what I've researched, you may need to try repairing the folder in steam. Like this "Setting>Downloads>Steam Library Folders>Right Click your folder>Repair Folder", you may need to run steam as Admin, which you can do by pressing the windows button, searching for steam, then clicking run as admin.
