QuestionHas anyone had a problem with the machine not turning on after a power outage? This is the second time this has happened. Last month a storm cause a brief outage and the next day the washer was DEAD. Today AGAIN after an outage last night.

- Answer Always try a hard reset like your cell phone or computer. Power down, unplug, wait 10 seconds and restart.

QuestionCan run this where I fill the basket with water to soak and then just spin? I'd like to be able to wash sweaters without any agitation at all. Just fill, drain and spin.

QuestionCan someone tell me how long a normal wash cycle takes. My current machine takes like 1 hour and forty five minutes to wash a load of clothes. Its crazy.

- Answer There is a setting for soil level with about 5 choices, light to heavy. This will affect run time. There is a quick wash and with light soil it runs about 25 minutes. The normal cycle with light soil setting runs about 40 minutes. There are many combinations of settings but those two are the basics.

QuestionOur washing machine was running fine. I think it is a year, mabey 2 years old now. Warranty? When it is going through the rinse cycles, The solinoind clunks extreamly loud. Like a bowling ball hitting the floor. It will do this 3 to 4 times.
