Can this fit a king size comforter of medium weight? null

Ours fit and washed quite nicely.

Hello Patricia! This model does have a lot of space, however, materials and thickness can vary with bedding. We would recommend following the manufactures instructions on the bedding and if placing in the unit to not overload. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.

Yes I’ve done both light & medium weight king cimforters

I would say yes, it's pretty big, although we are still trying to get used to the high efficiency part. When you fill it with a lot of clothes, the water only fills a little and it freaked us out. Our previous Whirlpool was 15 years old, so this is odd to us. I talked to 2 other friends who also recently converted with different brands and they too were trying to get used to this, so we kmew they will all be like this and had to just get used to it. The bulky sheet mode along with the deep water wash and rinse mode seem to be working for us, still figuring it all out.
