This is a good service plan to have for any electronic device. The are quick to check out your item and give you up to date status quickly about what needs to be done to repair your device.

The Greek Squads are great to have at the store and on your computer . Because you can go to them for help at the store or on your computer, they will talk you though the problem.

Purchased this to assist with any issues that might come up. We have already used this feature due to windows 10 software and another piece of software kick out the sound. They helped fix it.

2 year geek squad protection is a peace of mind that helps when purchasing big appliances or electronic devices. Although, I haven't used it , I expect for the protection to work.

So far so good with the service I have received from the Geek Squad. I have had it back once to find some files which appeared different from Vista to Windows 10. Went during the week which made a world of difference with speaking to someone.

I've read many articles that say don't get the extended warranty but there are some things where I do it anyway because it makes me feel better. Especially laptops, I haven't bought one yet that didn't break at least once in the first three years.

They answer their phone they make an appointment very easy they replace Your appliance or computer if they cannot figure out how to fix it so I think it is very good service

Bestbuy has the best protection plans. My laptop ended up crashing due to a faulty motherboard snd they exchanged it for a new one on the spot. Same g9es for phones. Can't be beat

Worth getting the protection plan, the item I purchased it for is an expensive item so knowing the if something happens to it, it can be replaced for a reasonable price is worth it to me.
