Well I bought this for my daughter as a birthday gift for school. Now she loves it, but I know computers I had my own business. Based on reviews and the fact that it was sporting a dual core, and 4 GB ram, I know not a great processor but hey Ram and dual core I thought will be great for her. Unfortunately it is super sluggish glitching and worse off screen goes black mouse cursor disappears WTF! Any way the nice thing is it's touch screen COOL but that's it sorry Best Buy I shop with you all the time but this buy was not the best, I bought the protection plan so I will be going back to the GEEKS just to see what they say or can do. I don't feel I should have to work on a computer I just bought. So I say test it out maybe I got a bad one if it works for you great but for me very disappointed thank goodness my daughter is not.

They help you install stuff that you bought from them, but when it comes to actual questions about how the products work and navigating them, then they state that level of service goes beyond the scope of the agreement. But, of course, additional services are available with an upsell.

Always get warranty on you systems because accidents can happend

With this extended warrenty ,there is one less thing to worry about.

Satisfactory services however free set up and data transfer should be included When purchasing a new laptop or desktop if I have the annual Geek Squad protection plan. I bought a new laptop and desktop this month and had to pay for data transfer. Data transfer should be included.

For the most part the protection given is good but not great
