I haven't had to use it on my laptop, which this particular plan was purchased for, but have used it in the past on others. It is really worth the money.

This was exactly what I wanted I need a computer to be fixed and the geeks at geek squad fixed it. Now my computer is running like it's new I was able to surf the web again and do some work. If you don't have it get it.

Great service for small items. But I did not loading my 100 pound printer up to take it to the store for repair. Service is good but they should come to me like some other warranty plans do

Easy breezy. I'm confident that I'm covered if anything happens. I had it on one of my other purchases and when i had to use it, there were no issues.

I've used the accidental damage plan a few times, and had laptops fixed, even replaced once. It's a valuable service, but I feel like the price is going up, we'll see what it's like next time I buy a laptop.

Couldn't figure out how to get cortana to work on my new laptop on Christmas morning so we called and they were able to help me out patiently.

I have been very satisfied with my Geek Squad product support. I can make an appointment & not have to wait in line. They are knowledgeable fix my problems.

I usually can figure out how to fix most problems, but there is somethings that you need experts to fix. Geek Squad had helped several times , with patience.

this support has saved both my granddaughter and myself many times from having to replace our laptops. The service techs are very knowledgeable and courteous

Thankfully I have not needed this service yet. Although I feel much better having it because I have used it in the past and it was definitely a money saver.

Who doesnt like geeksquad? These guys are awesome anytime i had a issue with my laptop all i did was call and they took care of the rest. Superb job guys

It can be difficult to get an appointment with tech support at our local store when I have a problem. However, once I get an appointment they are pretty good at taking care of the problem.

I took my laptop in to see if it would be a quick fix or a "drop off ". The technician looked at it, he hit a few keystroked, all complete. No fuss no mess .

It feels great knowing that if anything happened to my daughters laptop, that GEEKSQUAD is there to take care of it. Worth every penny to have peace of mind!

Lesson learned from past broken laptop... This time I'm making sure that I have insurance!! Not much of a techi and Do not like having to purchase new computers and have files transferred from one to the other.

We wont purchase a product without geek squad. The tech support can be slow at the store if you dont make an appointment previously. Very knowledgeable staff.

We've purchased the protection in the past for our other student and he used it several times for his computer when he ran into issues. It was a life saver for him in college so we decided to go with it again.

I have been a Best Buy customer for the past 10 years. I always buy their warranty and if I have an issue, the store has no problem replacing the product.

I got my computer about a month and a half ago. I had problems with the network drivers and they fixed it up within a day no charge because I had Geek Squad!

They are terrific! So helpful and polite! They walked me through my problems and I wouldn't buy a computer without having a Geek Squad protection policy
