Haven't had to use this warranty insurance yet, and hopefully will never have to use it, but I know I'm covered in full for a year...

We always purchase Geek support. You never know when you will need their help or a repair, and we have used it often. It's a great deal.

I used the geek squad before and they did an above average job in keeping my old laptop alive. I figured it would do it on my new laptop

we purchase alot from BB and cost has gone up. had to have them look at it not even a week after getting. they say no virus can be attached, don't like the fact it said it could.

This protection keeps me at ease knowing that I can bring my computer in, get online help, and have someone come help me with my computer.

Its not a bad deal for what you get . I got it when I got a virus on one of my computers and I love the 24/7 support. Only thing I don't like is the wait to get it fixed in the store

We actually have never had to use this yet but just knowing that we have this protection makes me feel a lot better about using the computer.

This is a perfect plan. When you´re adult, you care the things, but with teenagers sons, better protect the laptop against accidents.

We haven't had to use them yet, but they were based at my kids school and helped answer tech questions for my 12yr Olds when needed. I would recommend, but only on certain products.

We had an issue with an internet scam shortly after we bought our computer. The Geek Squad was very helpful and able to check out our computer and make sure it wasn't affected.

Have not had to use it yet. Hoping for the best. But they are great to use when a problem arises. Used them on my last laptop.

I know that a lot of people are hesitant when it comes to protection plans but they really help especially with sensitive technology.

They do help a lot when my device is running slow. My other laptop is running slow and I can have them look at it too which is great.

I have always bought a warranty on anything I buy. There has been times when I've needed to use it and it has saved me mo Ed in the long run.

I have not had to use this one but I have used in the past and you never know what will happen and this comes in very handy

These guys & girls are very good at their jobs. I have used their help with a previous device and would have been lost without them!

Bought this tv for my daughter at college. It has good picture quality. We were able to get this on sale so the price was perfect.

Knowing that they are there is peace of mind. I wouldn't have bought something as expensive as the surface book without the support.

Good investment in our computer if you are not a "Geek". Used it for a faulty USB port and got it fixed quick and at no charge.

Best service well-trained know their products never a problem when bringing a product back to get worked on or have questions for it.
