I love my 49 in smart Sony TV the picture and sound is wonderful

If you think you might take advantage of the discount on services, it's a good deal. I thought all the services were set at a certain price, but they were, rather, discounted at a certain rate. Not a bad deal for a big purchase appliance (in this case, a TV), b/c it got the extended warranty (5 years) plus the ability to extend another 5 years after the first 5 expire at today's dollars.

Have not used it much. I got it more for the damage protction. I jave ised the tech sipport. They were adequate.

To date the Service contract that I purchased has been available for my use.

Always have received quick and satisfactory service from Geek Squad.

The agents connected my tv to the sound system and mounted .

So far we haven't had to use it. So I'll let you know when we do.

Geek Squad is awesome when it comes to repairing your electronics.

This two year product protection is a nice piece of mind to have.

have had nothing wrong with my tv so i have not needed geek squad yet
