I love my 49 in smart Sony TV the picture and sound is wonderful

I probably won't need it, but knowing I have it means everything

I would never not purchase the service agreement great value

To date the Service contract that I purchased has been available for my use.

Have not used it much. I got it more for the damage protction. I jave ised the tech sipport. They were adequate.

If you think you might take advantage of the discount on services, it's a good deal. I thought all the services were set at a certain price, but they were, rather, discounted at a certain rate. Not a bad deal for a big purchase appliance (in this case, a TV), b/c it got the extended warranty (5 years) plus the ability to extend another 5 years after the first 5 expire at today's dollars.

The agents connected my tv to the sound system and mounted .

i havent been able to use this service as of yet, so far so good
