Peace of mind knowing geek squad and the protection service is covering my home entertainment system

I moved down to the southeast from NY. We never had lightning and thunderstorms up north as are down here. Having the added protection is a relief

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

I always buy Geek Squad protection when purchasing tech. When I have to use it they always know what to do

I haven’t actually had to use this but if I didn’t have it I am sure I would have lots of issues.

I haven’t had to use it yet but the comfort I get from having it is worth every penny.

I have not had to use the protection and I am grateful for that, but it is very comforting to know that it is there if it is ever needed.

Good to have a warranty in case of pixel issues or backlight.

For a tv you it is vital that you purchase any insurance because you never know when something could happen.

We didn't have to use Geek Squad for this purchase but for other devices they've been the greatest!! Highly recommend.

I purchased a 5 year Geek Squad protection for the new LG 40" LED TV. However, I have not needed it but it is a comfort to know the protection is there!

Their service is above average due timing & waiting time but their personnel is reasonably good. Their warranty is excellent & a great buy
