Great item! My speed has doubled for downloads. The range of the wifi reaches my whole house and out into the yard. No more spotty connections. Will continue to stay with the arris line of modems.

This modem/router combo does well when its working. The pronlem is that it requires weekly rebooting due to lagging performance. Customer service had no fix except rebooting. The user interface well is not that user friendly. The app does not have a lot of functionality to help troubleshoot issues. I have Comcast and have over 500mb in regards to speed well when it is working. This item is expensive and I regret having spent the amount I did at the time. I should have stayed with a Netgear brand that offers more of a user friendly interface.

This modem / Wi-Fi combination is easy to setup, has multiple SSID channels, and seems compatible with multiple internet service providers because of the DOCSIS 3.1 technology. It has an easy to use web interface and can also be used with a smartphone app. I highly recommend it.

Great product, no need for the mesh extender’s because it covers 2500 sqft and that’s great for me. Ready to use out the box. I just called my service provider. Also it’s a good idea to register the product for extra customer support if needed.

I use Cox, I have to call them to get it installed. They don't have this model in their installation list. They helped me over the phone for more than an hour. On the first day it was not working. On the second day, it automatically worked.

Comcast upgraded my service, requiring some kind of better/faster/newer moden-router. This one has been great! Not getting near as many disconnections from XBox multiplayer events. Biggest surprise was how easy to configure using online tools from both Arris and Comcast.

Great product! Very fast speeds! Allows me to return my rented modem to Xfinity. Setup took a couple of calls to Xfinity customer service, but no more than any other time I changed modems.

This is the easiest way to get 2.5gb connection to your pc. Because it is a modem/router combo, the 2.5gb lan out will not bottleneck your 1gb isp connection. It has been stable. The web gui leaves a lot to be desired, and don’t even bother with the app.

I switched to my own modem/router years ago. I had a great Motorola but I needed to upgrade due to increased speeds. I purchased this because most of the reviews were promising, but NOPE. This thing is horrible. It worked ok for a few days but then the service started dropping, multiple times a day. It was not on Xfinity’s end, it was definitely this modem. I had to constantly reset the modem and it was interrupting everything including my work as I work from home. I did many factory resets per troubleshooting guidelines and it just did the same thing. Luckily I had an extended return period due to the holidays. Done messing with this piece of junk and it’s going back- don’t waste your money. Came back here to read the one star reviews and it appears this is a frequent problem! For $300+ you can buy a better modem. I replaced this with an upgraded Motorola modem and it has been working flawlessly. Thankful I can get my money back for this junk.

In general, the fastest wifi on 5G I could get was 350-400 mbps which isn't too bad. The main problem I had was frequent disconnections - it would drop my connections for no reason, and a cause could not be found. I ended up returning it.
