    Good product. Setup was challenging as very little written instructions were provided. Assistance was provided by telephone. But, it was not an easy process.

    Works great and saves the monthly $$ Xfinity charges and really easy to instrall. I had a couple questions and the ARRIS techs helped immensely.

    Speeds arent as they are supposed to be, buffers when multiple devices are connected. Contacted the cable company and "everything is operating as it is supposed to be" In adddition it was way too expensive to be having these issues

    Before buying this cable modem router combo, research the Puma chipset used in the G36 model. It may impact performance—decide for yourself.

    Cox cable required this modem for it's higher level of internet service. I originally purchased the standard version but had to exchange it for this model.

    Does what it's supposed to do. I'm not a tech guy; I got someone who is to recommend the best router to replace an old, barely functioning one. It certainly made a huge difference in performance. Other than that, it simply sits on the shelf and works without complaining.

    I’ve had nothing but trouble with my internet connection since upgrading to this device. Working from home is painful and embarrassing with how often I lose service.

    Installed cable modem router and it has been working perfectly as expected. 4 Ethernet connections allowed replacement of additional ethernet hub repeater in home network.
