Started out easy but had to call tech support for final set up. So far so good.

Lost connection completely while I was out of town so security System was down. Doesn’t connect to all of my devices all the time. Range is sketchy.

Do not buy this router. I have been plagued with connection issues. Since about 3 weeks after I bought it. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town and was not able to return it in the allowed timeframe. Now I am stuck with a $300 router that disconnects during every online game I play.

Very disappointed,Internet speed increased but It keeps disconnecting randomly,my house is about 1500 sq ft and I don’t get wifi signal in my garage.I had to change some settings in the admin page and it seems that improved the wifi connection.

Replaced my failing Netgear product with this and very happy. Was worried it did not have the same speed or range bur pleasantly surprised. Setup very easy on Comcast.

it's choppy, laggy, not great. but its better than the motorola one, and hopefully lasts longer than the netgear

In general, the fastest wifi on 5G I could get was 350-400 mbps which isn't too bad. The main problem I had was frequent disconnections - it would drop my connections for no reason, and a cause could not be found. I ended up returning it.

Works with spectrum cable, no voice however...fantastic replacement for there router and about 5 times faster than the standard one...very easy hookup with the app

Wi-Fi wasn’t too good but if you use just Ethernet cord works great also buy the higher Ethernet cord I believe cat 5-6?

Paid a lot of money for this modem/router. I was told it was one of the best. I have not had as great an experience as I have had with previous Motorola modem/routers.

Service is good but I can't get one of my firesticks to sink with it

The modem works fine. I purchased 1 Gig from Optimum. Optimum goes offline occasionally, but the modem comes online without a problem when Optimums service comes on.

Husband bought this because he thought our wi-fi would be quicker and our tv would not pause in the middle of a program. Neither of these are true, but not sure we can blame this product for those problems.

Never buy an Arris router if you use xfinity. They do not work. They say on the box that they work for Xfinity but they do not work for xfinity. The 5G is amazing but the basic 2.4 signal drops constantly. Every single device that you run off 2.4 is going to disconnect 20 times a day. Cctv, security systems, light bulbs, doorbells. You name it this router will drop it. I had to talk to 15 different technicians in service for Xfinity over 3-day period, trying both the heiress g34 and the g36, and they both have the same problem. No one can fix it. Do not buy this router ever.

The performance is completely unstable. Devices get kicked off for no reason, or the bandwidth drops to the point it would be quicker to send a letter! Continually needs to be rebooted to get it working again. The app is poorly built, and the desktop interface is a complete joke. For the price, I thought I was trading up when I moved from my old Netgear router, but this was definitely a downgrade. It will be replaced as soon as I can afford to do so. Save yourself some serious headaches and do not by anything made by this company!

Work well. Installation procedure required proper knowledge.

For me I couldn’t get it to work I like other brands but someone else might live this produck
