A really nice upgrade from the garbage that XFinity lets you rent.

Old arris modem died. This one is a lot faster and has Wi-Fi. Got for spectrum. So far no problems.

I like how easy it is to setup devices configuration and i Love the parameter control feature for guest user devices and how to you can monitor each device on your network.

Purchased over 1 year ago. Still works good. This is the router you need if your Internet provider has upgraded you to speeds your older router can't handle. Worth noting g this device has a green and blue light to show the connection is active. The blue light is the one that indicates you are using Gig speed internet. This should be enough to handle most improved home Internet connections for a few years.

Fast and reliable modem. 5G wifi option. Works perfectly, and I did not touch any button or reset since the first installation.

Already bitten twice by a different brand of Router/Modem. Wasn’t sure if this would work for me. The product turned out to be really good and simple. The customer support was also top class. Compatible with XFinity internet. So far so good with our 1 Terabyte speed. Easy to install!

Operates as a modem and router. Since I already have a Velope router system, my G36 router was disabled so it wouldn’t cause interference on the line. I’m set for the future with enough speed to handle everything I need. Boots very quickly. Since I’m a Totaltech member I had the Geek Squad set it up so there wouldn't be any problems. I like this unit very much.

Shifted to this product after using router and modem separately for long time. Worth buying it

I really wish I could recommend this, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Just two days after the return window closed, the product began having serious connectivity issues, random disconnections throughout the day. What’s worse, instead of Best Buy supporting their customers and handling claims with the manufacturer directly, they made me deal with ARRIS myself. For a product that failed almost immediately, that kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you still want to take the risk, buy it from Amazon where you at least get a 30-day return window which is more than enough time to see how unreliable this product really is. I’ve already wasted too much time troubleshooting something that should’ve worked from day one. The constant drops even put my home security system at risk. I’ve since switched to another brand from Amazon and haven’t had a single issue since. To make matters worse, the modem’s interface through the mobile app is terrible, outdated, and confusing. It honestly feels like this product was designed in the 1960s. Save yourself the frustration. Skip this product!

Fast, quick setup. A lot easier than earlier ARRIS Surfboard models

Awesome speed and setup. It's made a significant difference in speed both uploading & downloading.

It was really easy to set up and all my devices are linked.

My current modem failed so I did research for a new modem for now and the upcoming new technology. This modem is the perfect one for my needs to future upgrade to the internet system. The modem was costly but well worth the buy. I would recommend this modem if someone is looking to replace their existing modem.

It was easy to install. It works as advertised. The cons are that it lacks a USB Port and there is no WPS Button.

Purchased Arris-Surfboard and a new surge protector after a double surge took out old unit. Easy to set-up and works fine.
