We had been looking for a new dryer and I really wanted the steam option. Love the steam option to freshen up clothing and works great for coats to get smoke or other smells out so that I am not having to laundry them all the time.

Installation for this is really easy. The machine is ultra quiet, and it is very simple to use. The steam feature is a huge plus if you don't take the clothes out right away.

You don't realize how much your current dryer sucks until you get something like this. Drys very quickly while efficient. Steam is nice too because I'm not going to win any awards for my ironing skills.

The size is small and fits great in my laundry room. Still holds huge loads of laundry with ease. Drys great and quickly. I also Iove the many options for different types of loads.

Installed a month ago and no issues at the moment. The glass window of this product is a great feature. One issue is, the smell of the heat is not so good. I never noticed this with other products, but it might go away after 1 year of use. Other than that, I think it works well.

I purchased this as an open box item at BestBuy and there was more wrong with it than just the minor scratch on the side as the tag said. It made a bad scratching sound soon after the installers left. I had Geek Squad come out to look at it and there was a screw head on the exterior of the drum that was scratching the inside of the housing every rotation because the drum was wobbly or something was out of alignment. Rather than try to fix it we just returned it and got a different brand dryer. I hate to give it a bad review because a new one would probably be fine. But this is all I know based on our experience.

Great Dryer very quiet, there are more features to this dryer than we thought when we purchased it. It has the ability to weigh the clothes placed in it and automatically changes the drying time accordingly.

The layout of panel, door size and rounded edges is a nice functional design & layout. Tried the ft panel controls, didn't like or last. Like the back panel to prevent item sliding off the back & behind. The operation is overall quite and smooth. Wasn't sure on steam feature, but after using a little it's a great feature to freshen up a drycleaned dress shirt, silk, or anything that a little steam would help to get wrinkles out or freshen a day's wear.

Not sure why Best Buy doesn't advertise and/or suggest this dryer more. We had to cancel the original order for a slightly less expensive version ($50) after locating additional reviews. More features and larger capacity for only $50 more? What's not to like?

This Samsung dryer is very efficient. Dries quickly and thoroughly and is not too loud. Has a really large capacity and lots of different settings.

Had to upgrade my dryer and after looking around, this one caught my attention. Black Friday sale saved me $250, so who could beat that! I'm happy with my dryer, altho I haven't tried all the features yet. Pretty quiet compared to my 20+yo dryer.

Have used for about one month and very happy with the purchase. Overall, this dryer has advanced settings which cover a wide variety of drying needs. The steam option is perfect for removing wrinkles and virtually replaces the use of an iron. (Who's got the time to iron!). Please keep in mind the dryer requires a washing machine water hose and a Y-splitter adapter. This connections to the cold water supply for the washing machine...Very easy to connect. Also, the dryer requires specific vent fittings and hose, as well as the electrical cord. All can be purchased at Best Buy and installed by your friendly delivery person. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase.

My old dryer (age 23 yrs old) finally bit the dust. After a lot of research this is the dryer that I decided to buy. It does it job quietly and quickly. Love the light that comes on when you open the door. Great dryer for the price. LOVE IT!!

I love my dryer. I have had it almost a year now and wouldn't trade it. I love that you can see the clothes drying. All the different settings are great even though I find myself using the normal cycle more than anything. The steam cycles work well as long as you have more than just a few pieces of clothing in it. If you only do 1 or 2 they come out damp from the steam. It is very quiet. I love that it has this felt ring around the inside barrel so that nothing can get caught in between the barrel and the machine. Overall good purchase.

I love this dryer and matching top-loading washer. It has so many choices that you can always select just the right drying cycle. The steam feature is great on wrinkled clothes, too.

We are satisfy with our Samsung dryer. Has many function we actually use and I have used the steam function a couple of time. Steam works ok but take awhile for it to run a full cycle. Had for 3 months and not major complaints.
