OH so quiet!
Owned for 4 months when reviewed.
Really nice dishwasher - it’s very quiet, and works just as expected. Adjustable top shelf for glass size-holds stemmed glasses so they don’t flop. Height of the top shelf is also adjustable! Utensil shelf is a great addition!
Love the pop-open feature when the cycle is done - a gentle reminder to empty!
Best part is “hidden buttons” … no buttons for the grandkids to change setting or start the dishwasher!
So far so good.stylish.great looking dishwasher.3 trays plus baskets.quiet as hell.fantastic cleaning.great door release feature.great buy.

It's a Dishwasher
Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.
It works like a dishwasher should, however I don't care for how hard the door is to open; you have to force it to open all the way. The racks do not slide in/out as easily as the other one I had prior to this. A piece of the 3rd rack has broken off and we haven't even had it 1 month, going to be calling about that. Also the start button is giving us some trouble, not starting immediately when pressed, I thought it quit working for a while, went and tripped the breaker and it seems to be working again. I don't think I would recommend this one just for the finicky things that have already happened. I do like that it seems to fit better than my other one. (old one was only 2 years old when it quit working on us)

Recently purchased Samsung dishwasher and we’re very impressed with what we’ve seen so far. Love how quite it is compared to our old Samsung and the newer features are amazing. We were a little hesitant to purchase another Samsung product. Had to replace a part in our old one (right after the 1yr warranty was up) then recently we had a different problem with it. Looking up the error code, we chose to just purchase a new one. The Best Buy guy said to try Samsung again because they have learned from their start up mistakes. We took his advice and are very happy!
This is the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. It worked for 16 days and then sat unusable for nearly 3 months before I took it out and replaced with a different dishwasher purchased from another store. I had multiple technician visits under warranty for repair starting in March and after the last visit and a replacement of the dishwasher door it now leaks constantly out of the new door. The first visit was to replace the pump due to the error code 3C. That didn’t address the problem so they ordered a new wiring harness after the technician did a live chat with a Samsung rep. After new wiring the dishwasher worked for 3 loads. On the 4th load it sent off the leak sensor and quit running. After another visit it was decided that a new door needed to be ordered. The new door arrived and was replaced. The dishwasher leaked significantly more after the new door was on - spraying water out of the top, although when the dishwasher was ran empty it leaked less. Samsung suggested that I continue to run the dishwasher empty. They also deemed that there is physical damage over the phone (although the repair technician in the house did not note any damage). I now have a $800 paperweight sitting in storage. I have spent countless hours on the phone attempting to return this dishwasher including 4 pages of documentation and the only thing Samsung will consider is a claim for the damage to my flooring. I will never buy another Samsung product or another appliance from Best Buy.
We appreciate your time reaching out to us, and we are glad you purchased and chose our product. We apologize for the inconvenience of the Samsung dishwasher leaks. We understand the importance of having a working dishwasher, especially if we run our machine during busy schedules. We will surely notate this feedback for better products in the future.

By far the worst dishwasher ever. I purchase this along with several Samsung appliances for home. And we are very disappointed in this dishwasher. Since day one we have had leaks with it nonstop. It also stops mid cycle with no error code. We have contacted Samsung and they have sent someone to repair this but it takes about two weeks for them to get out here in two weeks for them to get responses. We have been on hold with Samsung many times for up to an hour and a half until someone finally picks up. This is the worst dishwasher ever do not buy it stay away from it. Even after someone shows up supposedly repairs it it continue to leak

Terrible! We have adjusted our water heater temperature, changed detergent, changed placement of pod. We have tried everything in the manual and even had a tech out. Twice we have found soap scum and mold on the bottom. This is even with fairly regular cleaning. The only positive is that it's quite.
Thank you for letting us know about the soap scum and mold at the bottom of the Samsung dishwasher. We apologize for the inconvenience after following the troubleshooting guide and having a tech visit, you still experience this issue.
A:AnswerI was skeptical about this whole "door opening thing", too. And I purchased this, expecting to hate it... but I absolutely love this Samsung DW.
Since there isn't a heating element, a fan goes on near the end of the washing cycle when the door opens just a bit, allowing the condensation to escape. And no... your kitchen won't get steamy, in fact it's so quiet and minimal you won't even notice (unless you happen to spy it in action).
The 3rd top drawer is a wonderful attribute, too. Your silverware will come out sparking every time.
