Hold sanitize and delay start for 3 seconds to then chose A1 by pressing the sanitize button until you get to that option

OK- I don't have this problem (in fact, I don't have any problems with this machine- I love it) unless I accidently turn an item to be cleaned the wrong way letting it hold water.
Essentially, I would refer to the owners manual for this one and check that you are doing what you should per the below:
1) Proper loading of items can affect drying.
2) Rinse aid improves the drying performance of the dishwasher.
3) You can further improve drying performance by also selecting the Sanitize option. (This is not an option that I would like to use routinely)

The other side of the coin is that there may be something wrong with your machine requiring it to be checked.
