Impressive Sound

Pass through is great. The sound is full and clear Highs and lows are pretty amazing for 100 bucks. Great buy! Oh, and the cable is replaceable! I don't remember seeing that anywhere. I purchased an after market cable with a microphone and that is just an amazing combo. Wish BestBuy sold that so I didn't have to hunt for it.

Can’t complain for price

They are decent sounding open ear headphones. Bass is heavy/muddy and the build is much cheaper than a hd600 or similar. I didn’t have a problem with the 1/4” cable especially at this price point. They are a good set of headphones, don’t expect to be blown away though. They are comfortable.

I purchased the wired Sennheiser HD 559's and I must say, I was blown away by how great the sound was! Now we can literally watch different TV shows without battling each other with the volume buttons on our respective remotes. I have also found these headphones to be fantastic when listening to my favorite music as well. I am truly a happy guy!!

Good as a complement for your home theater

The bass in this headphones is very heavy which is not great for music with lots of instrumentation such as guitar sounding not very clear b/c the bass overshadows it. That qualities are great for movies not so much for music. P.D: The cable comes with an 6.35 mm jack connector not 3.5mm.

- A:Answer You will need a 1/4 inch to 3/32 inch adapter to use these headphones with a computer or other device because they are made for a full sized stereo. An adapter must be ordered separately.
