Q: Can you use blue-tooth on your cell phone to see who is at the door when you're not at home?
A: You cannot pair a cell phone to the IS7121-2.
A: Yes ,while used this product i´ll find seriously problems , the video quality is poor , and the funtions or calling are not pratice and finally if you talking far from the base in the same house the calling fail too , really disapointed
Q: how far can the doorbell be from the telephones to function properly? What is the range?
A: Horax - Range varies from one environment to another, and cannot be predetermined. VTech DECT 6.0 phones have excellent range potential.

A: Hi - We are sorry to hear the VTech IS7121-2 does not function properly. You can reset the system by disconnecting the power to the base and removing the batteries of the cordless handsets and doorbell. Re-connect after 1 minute then test again.
