Poor picture quality, try under differs lights but the same result a black and white image... The phone it self is no so bad I was expecting a little more from Vtech. Called customer service thinking there was a problem with the cam but I was told that that's the actual picture quality. So if you are expecting a nice color picture like show in the advertisement this is not for you.

Seems to have a delay in answering time and doorbell ring. Very hard to carry around when you are working in the yard, so you know when someone is at the door, since it has no key lock feature or even a belt hook. Overall an excellent product, especially for the price. Hope the next release can use the house wifi to allow it to send signal to and from iPhone. And if it does I hope I can upgrade. I use two door cameras and it works well.

This is a fantastic phone with wonderful features. I love that I can answer the door from my house phone and see who is there and talk to them too. I live in a large three-story house so this phone has made my life so much easier. I wish I had bought it years ago. Sure the picture quality isn't fantastic, but I can make out who it is, and talk to them also, and that's all I really need. I look at other phone systems with doorbells but this is the one that fit the bill. I am so glad that I purchased it and highly recommend this phone. Phone calls are clear, phone is fairly easy to use. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase and I would buy it again.

fantastic solution. This is just what I need. Doorbell is loud and clear. I can speak to the person at the door and see the person. I would recommend this product

I just recently went back to a land line and needed to get a good phone. I love this phone versus the cell phone, good reception. I also enjoy the doorbell feature.

I had to replaced my phone and get a new doorbell. This product gave me the opportunity to have both with the video technology at lower cost then getting them separate. A video doorbell cost from 150 and up and I paid less then that.

This phone/doorbell is perfect!!! When doorbell rings you can see who it is on the phone screen. I love this!!!!

The most amazing features of course would be 2 way video communication, knowingly who's the other side of the door and to be able to view who is there on the cordless phone screen. Hoping that could connect to my network and then to my phone for video surveillance away form home.

This cordless phone/answering.machine / video doorbell works perfectly for many households concerned with security and being unable to hear existing (or non) doorbells. The doorbell sounds.at each phone & the base. The viewer captures a photo each time bell is activated & you can activate viewing anytime the.doorbell unit is.plugged into.A/C. Have only had the unit a month but impressed & satisfied.

Not sure about video camera and programming as well as place camera properly for video surveillance

This was really easy to in stall and the sound is really clear

Overall its a great choice and I am happy. We use in a large home and its great to able able to communicet to the door without running downstairs. The intercom works well once you get the hang of the beeps/pacing to use - saves lots of shoutiing in the house. Doorbell is why I purchased it and it works ok. The camera is low resolution but its enought to get an idea of who is out there.

We are very happy with the telephone system and what we like most is the talking ID .

Works better than described. I love this product. I allows me to see who is at the door without going down the stairs. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone

We installed ourselves wanted to use the ac adapter but had to use the batteries.

my phone works great i love it. i really enjoy the door bell and my apartment don't have door bells so the fact that my phone came with a door bell is just perfect a great product over all
