“The doorbell seems to be correctly registered and works fine, good signal range. But suddenly it stops working, the "view" function shows "not available at this time", and you need to setup the doorbell again. What´s wrong??”

• Hi - We are sorry to hear the VTech IS7121-2 does not function properly. You can reset the system by disconnecting the power to the base and removing the batteries of the cordless handsets and doorbell. Re-connect after 1 minute then test again.
