AWOL Vision - TV, Movies, Gaming Perfected!
I have been using the projector for a month and half, almost daily. I chose this product after a significant amount of time researching, and I couldn't be happier. Setup: Media room (controlled lighting), Awol Vision 135" Matte White screen, Lovesac stealthtech. The projector's 3500 ANSI lumens brightness enables each portion of the screen to be filled with vibrant colors and no loss. This was crucial in my decision as companies may say they can project on a large screen, but without the brightness to do so, the sides of the screen and color will suffer when displaying content. Quality - The quality surpassed expectations. Animation films and 4K content are incredible to watch, and we've tested the projector with films like Furiosa, IF, Godzilla-Kong, and shows like Simpsons, Acolyte, Evil, Dark Matter, and Pressumed Innocent. Color is vibrant and correct and picture is clear. Gaming - We hooked up the PS5 to one of the available HDMI inputs. We didn't experience any lag while playing games such as Borderlands and Mass Effect. It was such a fun experience playing Borderlands on a 135" screen! Split screen worked wonderfully. We have also tested with the Nintendo Switch - games like Mario Party and Zelda, each with incredible clarity and color. Additional - The projector comes with a free firestick and a hidden dedicated HDMI input for this device. This basically enables the projector to be a smart projector and provides all the streaming services you'd ever want. There is an HDMI ARC input which we connected to our Lovesac stealthtech. We had no need for an AVR given that the projector had plenty support for what we needed. It was great that the projector supported multiple inputs and easy plug-and-play capabilities. Conclusion - The projector is worth the cost. With a controlled lighting environment, I chose the Matte screen over an ALR screen. We've been so impressed by the projector that we we haven't been back to the theater and we rarely use our LG C3 TV. This projector wonderfully supports movies, TV, and gaming, all with a brightness and clarity that guarantees full color on the whole screen.
