All damaged in shipment.
Might be a good AC, if you could get one undamaged. They ship from an LG warehouse by UPS (stands for "Unprovoked Package Smashing"). First one shipped to my home arrived with 2 corners of the box at the top rear smashed, AC case buckled and front panel loose. Second was shipped to a Best Buy store--same type of damage, but at the top front, bending and breaking installation components.

Very loud
While setup and installation was easy to do, this air conditioner is obnoxiously loud. It's meant for a bedroom and the occupants can barely sleep with the noise. I've submitted a warranty claim to the company. We'll see what happens. I may end up having to return which is not ideal in this sweltering heat.

Poor outflow.
This unit doesn't cool a 260 sq ft bedroom, perhaps due to insufficient air flow.
