A: This laptop has the Intel 620 HD. I ultimately returned it for an ASUS laptop with the GTX1050.
A: Reduced sized keyboard. All the keys are spaced out the standard layout, but they got rid of the dedicated number keypad on the right, as well as the deicated keys for insert, home, pgup, delete, end, and pgdn. These keys are combined on other keys using a function key combination. It's still a great, comfortable keyboard.

Q: What is the difference between laptop computer and iPad.
A: This laptop is a Microsoft device running a full Windows 10 Home Edition. It is a full laptop, and is a convertible to a tablet configuration. An Ipad is a totally different device, running an IOS operating system. IOS cannot run applications that are not designed to run on IOS, and Microsoft laptops run Microsoft compatible applications.
Q: Is the 8GB RAM 1 stick or 2 4GB sticks?
A: Not sure, I'd assume it's two 4 sticks. You could just go see it in store and let the Geek Squad check this out..
Q: Can I add external screen? How many ports does it have for external screens? I need to connect to 2.
A: Yes you definitely can add a second screen, and possibly a third screen if it is a USB-C device I would imagine. I only tested the device with one additional screen, using extended desktop. I had no trouble at all.
Q: What windows version is this equipped with? It does not say in the information!!
A: This laptop comes with Windows 10 Home Edition. There's an option to upgrade the version if you want.
