Q: How do I get the fan to blow down
A: Put your hand on the White Part in the Middle , and Slide this up Or Down . This will adjust the Air Flow .. This IS pretty cool .. I watched a Video on How to work this fan .. I also found out you can put the Remote on the fan , It is Magnetic ..
Q: Can the fan be operated manually without a remote?
A: Yes! Ok the back of the canister by the cord is a manual button
Q: How cool would this make a vehicle? Would it cool my car like my vehicle ac would?
A: The Dyson Cool Me will not lower the temperature of the air. It just moves air like an ordinary fan. However, it filters the air that it moves. It is not an Air Conditioner. It does not have a compressor, coil or radiator.

Q: Will this cool a room or does it have to be pointed directly at you?
A: Hey, Mamag! We have only had our fan a few Summer days so far, but it does help to noticeably cool our nursery. We turn it on as the upstairs of our home begins to heat, leave the door shut, and it is definitely cooler than other rooms upstairs when it is time for bed. It is a very nice fan.
