A: I can tell you that it did NOT avoided ANYTHING in my house. In fact, it has bumped into furniture and caused damage which I now have to repair. Get the T8+ at all cost and avoid the N8+
A: The model comes with one reusable mop pad and a pack of disposable mop pads. It also comes with three replacement bags for the dust basin. You can buy more bags at bestbuy as needed. I have two dogs and one bag lasted about a month for me
A: It depends; I don’t own a shag carpet but I have bathroom carpets it gets stuck on them because they’re not to heavy so it sucks them up I just pick them off the floor, it does not seem to get stuck on my regular floor mats/carpet. It may try to vacuum them it may try to avoid them. Either or I love this vacuum helps me with cleaning my home when I’m not here and when I am here. Give it a try if you don’t like it take the vacuum back within 15 days, even my husband loves his vacuum it works great.

Q: Does it vacuum and mop always simultaneosly or is it possible to set it on vacuum only/mop only?
A: you can put certain areas as a “No Mop Zone” after the robot maps your house
A: No physical camera, like you think... it's a lidar system, which just scanning space around and built the map with your home walls and corners. So, what about data totally, - you bought Chinese item, and servers, I gess, you know there...:)
Q: Does it remove dog hair from carpet?
A: Yes, we have two dogs, and it works great.
