If you are not close to the 75 mile radius, to the TV Stations, it might not work good for you. If you mounted above the drop ceilling area, you would not get any signal. I hope that helps. A:AnswerIt comes with the hardware to attach to the included pole, just attach to your pole instead. That's what I did for my previously mounted roof antenna pole. No problems.
