• This outdoor antenna is mainly for outdoor use. With what you want to do, will not work. To get full signal strength, it need to be mount outside. The range of the antenna, is 75 mile radius. If you are not close to the 75 mile radius, to the TV Stations, it might not work good for you. If you mounted above the drop ceilling area, you would not get any signal. I hope that helps.
